Job Descriptions
Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance
Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble cases and new requirements from customer
Establishing and building up customer relationship through execution of customer plan
Create and negotiate the Pricing recommend and negotiation strategies for current customer
Taking ownership and responsibilities for the accounts under the managing & monitoring of the BM/DM
Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador of the Company
Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business
Maintaining & growing the existing business, and prospect the new business opportunities
Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers
Collecting market intelligence and share feedback to BM/DM
Other assignments issued by BM/DM
Basic qualifications
A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
Good written and oral communication skills
Possess strong computer skills and math aptitude
Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
Possess strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
Bilingual in both Chinese and English
